Our Philosophy
The attorneys of Svenson Law Offices are unified in their approach to the practice
of workplace law. We use our industry knowledge and legal acumen to provide our clients
with practical advice and proactive strategies designed to both ensure compliance and
manage litigation risk. When litigation arises, we approach each case, no matter how large
or small, with one goal in mind: to minimize the value of that claim in the eyes of not
only the judge, but also the claimant and his/her attorney. We find that this primary
goal best accomplishes our aims of reducing the overall exposure to our clients. Over
time our consistent and zealous efforts demonstrate a uniformity which becomes the
equivalent of our client’s claim policy: fair compensation for legitimate and non-exaggerated
claims, and vigorous defense of everything else!
Our Own Workplace
Svenson Law Offices is located a mere four blocks from the Cook County courthouses in the
tony River North district of downtown Chicago. Our modern,
sun-drenched offices are a metaphor for our approach
to the practice of law: state-of-the-art,
progressive, and evolving with the times! Finally,
we conduct monthly in-house educational seminars and
cross-networking events in conjunction with Saper
